Welcome to investor relations pages of Centrum Klima S.A. which have been prepared in regard to our current and future Shareholders. These pages contain important information about current activities of the company on the capital market.
Since January 6, 2009 stock of Centrum Klima S.A. has been quoted on the main trading floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Before that, on May 27, 2008, the made its IPO on the ASO market. The transfer of the company stock to the main floor, following private offering at the NewConnect market, is apart of a long-term development strategy of the company's presence on the stock market. We want to continuously strengthen our presence on the capital market, implement effective strategies of communications with the investors community, build an image of a transparent company, and have access to new sources of financing.
The immense growth potential of Centrum Klma S.A., leaders of the HVAC market in Poland, is confirmed by consistently improving financial performance. We are convinced that good financial figures will distinguish us from other companies quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
