Use Self-adhesive nails are used for the mechanical fastening of the insulation materials at the smooth surface of the ventilation ducts. Usage in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (and in the very short time also to 100°C).

How to use Nails should be fastened with the minimal ambient temperature of +10°C. It is advised to use from 10 to 12 self-adhesive nails for the square meter (m²).

Procedure:
❑ clean, dry and degrease the surface where the self-adhesive nails will be fastened,
❑ tear off the paper and stick the nail on,
❑ put the insulation on the nail,
❑ put EC clamp plate and protect the nail’s point chisel with EP nylon cap where necessary

❑ steel pins with the diameter of 2,7 mm,
❑ self-adhesive, steel zinc coated base (50/50 mm),
❑ permanent, synthetic glue of the resinous rubber made of the compact cells filled with the polyurethane foam
❑ length from 19 to 165 mm. EC clamp plates

❑ elastic, steel, zinc coated plates with the outer diameter of 30 or 40 mm.
