In the HVAC systems production and distribution industry, Centrum Klima S.A. is a leader on the Polish market and an important player in Europe.
- Company was established in 1995.
- Active in the fast-growing HVAC industry, part of construction sector.

- Centrum Klima made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in May 2008. The Company's shares are quoted on the main trading floor. Centrum Klima is the first HVAC Company present at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and one of few representatives of this segment in European markets with the status of a public company.
BUSINESS
Business operations of Centrum Klima are focused on two principal areas: production and distribution of domestic and imported HVAC components. Main products include circular ducts and fittings, silencers, flexible ducts and other equipment used in HVAC systems. Nearly 20% of Centrum Klima income comes from sales of own products, and other 80% is generated from distribution of HVAC components of other manufacturers, mainly from Europe and Asia. Due to its very stable position in the field, the Company was granted the exclusive right to sell elastic ducts by GLV and air conditioners by Galanz.
Centrum Klima S.A. based its market position on a broad product range targeting more than 2.000 Polish customers:
- installation companies of SNE sector - 60%.
- specialist wholesalers - 25%.
- large connstruction companies and developers - 15%.
25% of Centrum Klima sales are exports. In the first half of 2010 the company entered the markets of Austria Croatia, Faroe Islands, Morocco, Switzerland and Turkey. Furthermore, Centrum Klima started cooperation with new contractors from Sweden, Ukraine, Belarus, Germany, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Romania, Estonia, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Belgium, Finland, Denmark or Portugal. The company sells its products to customers from a total of 36 countries worldwide.
DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Centrum Klima strategy is to maintain the position of a leading Polish distributor and an important European manufacturer of HVAC systems. The company also intends to dynamically improve its financial performance by means of offering top-quality products at a reasonable price.
Main points of Centrum Klima strategy are:
- increased exports
- gradual growth of export sales share. In the first half of 2010 foreign sales of the Company increased by 35.9% as compared to the analogous period in 2009, including the increase in the sale of products by as much as 78.4%. Main export markets are countries of the EU. Exports are to increase to approximately 30% of total sales in 2012 and to 45% later on;
- growth of production
- due to constantly growing domestic and foreign demand for Centrum Klima products, production capacity is expanded to increase the current share of own product sales of 20% to 40% by 2011. This will be possible owing to a high capacity warehouse and extension of the park machine in a new office, warehouse and manufacture complex in Wieruchów;
- expanded distribution operations
- an addition supplementing own product range;
- active sales and marketing policy - Centrum Klima plans activities aiming at developing the company image in Poland and abroad, and intends to adjust its off er to demands of the market, based on constant analysis of market situation; Sales to large customers are expected to grow and new sales markets will be added;
- optimization of goods transport chainy - improved efficiency of the manufacturer - distributor - customer delivery chain, and increasing margins on sales of own and distributed goods. Improved organization and logistics will benefit from implementation of a ERP management system.
INVESTMENTS
Centrum Klima achieved the main objective of issuing shares and successfully finished the investment in Wieruchów. Its objective was to:
- optimization of logistic processes relating to loading and unloading - good location near Warsaw and close to main roads will facilitate development of the distribution business;
- major increase of available storage space required for further development of products range - the new plant's capacity is 69.000 m³ incomparison to the 26.000 m³ currently being used;
- better logistics and organization of production and distribution departments;
- hiring move staff and start multi-shift operation.
CREDIBILITY AND TRANSPARENCY
Centrum Klima is the only HVAC company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and one of very few public European companies in this industry.
Long-term strategy related to Centrum Klima presence on the stock exchange in Warsaw is founded on:
- consistent development of the company on the capital market;

Centrum Klima is the first HVAC company present at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and one of few representatives of this segment in European markets with the status of a public company.
Since January 2009 shares of the company are quoted on the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transfer of Centrum Klima SA stock was a part of a long-term strategy of the company's stock exchange presence. At that time Centrum Klima was the second company ever to transfer its stock from NewConnect to the main floor in Warsaw.
In October 2009 the Company issued a new emission of shares, owing to which it obtained PLN 31,5 million for investment. The aim of this undertaking was to collect financial resources for the construction of a state-of-the-art machine park, warehouse and manufacture centre and office facilities in Wieruchów near Warsaw.

Production plant of Centrum Klima S.A. is based in 144 Sochaczewska street in Wieruchów. Effective management of production cycles ensures constant flow of stock to warehouse and timely completion of orders.

WAREHOUSE
Due to their nature and because of business model founded on straight-from-stock sales, products off ered by Centrum Klima require a lot of storage space. With its business model, the Company is able to fulfill orders very quickly, making it stand out from the rest of the industry.
The Company owns two warehouses located in Wieruchów and Warsaw:
- The facility in Wieruchów performs a logistic role of the main warehouse. This is the place where deliveries are collected, as well as distribution and sales are organized through the trade department. A hall with the surface of over 5000 m was equipped in a system of high capacity warehousing on 5 levels.
- The warehouse at 7b Instalatorów street in Warsaw has an area of approximately 1.000 m². It main goal is to support sales by the Warsaw branch.
TRANSPORT
At Centrum Klima priority is given to constant availability of stock and efficient logistics.
Small-volume merchandise which can be stored on pallets is dispatched by speditors. Larger items are delivered to customers all over Poland with own trucks or by specialized contractors.
