Centrum Klima S.A. has consistently sought funds from the EU to support the Company's development. Under the development strategy the Company has adopted, it shall continue its investment projects that are aimed at modernising the technological base. It will not only increase the Company's competitiveness, but will also increase the share of Centrum Klima S.A. in the domestic market of HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
CO-FINANCING THAT CENTRUM KLIMA S.A. HAS RECEIVED FROM EU FUNDS:
Towards the end of 2008 Centrum Klima S.A. signed an agreement with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) for co-financing a project called "Implementation of a new manufacturing technology of ducts and fittings from steel sheet". The project is carried under the Sectoral Operational Programme - Improvement of the Competitiveness of Enterprises, years 2004-2006. Measure 2.2: Support to product and technological competitiveness of enterprises, Sub-Measure 2.2.1.
In 2008 the Company also concluded with the PARP an agreement for co-financing transferring quotation of the Company into the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) under the project called "Public Offering of Centrum Klima S.A. a way to raising capital for the enterprise’s development". Reimbursement was granted under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy Measure 3.3: Creation of the system facilitating investments in SMEs.
In 2007 the Company received a subsidy for purchasing a modern Spiro machine for manufacture of ducts used in ventilation and air-condition systems. The subsidy was granted under the Sectoral Operational Programme - Improvement of the Competitiveness of Enterprises, years 2004-2006 Measure 2.3 Improvement of the Competitiveness of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises through investments.
In 2006 Centrum Klima S.A. obtained co-financing from PHARE 2003 to purchase a Spiro machine to manufacture elbows for ventilation systems. It was awarded under a Support Programme for SMEs - Entrepreneurship in Poland Investment Subsidies Fund 2003/004-379.05.04.
