Centrum Klima with Lindab
Lindab, a Swedish company from the ventilation and building industry, concluded an agreement with the majority shareholders of Centrum Klima for purchasing 51.8% of the Company shares. The agreed price per share is PLN 14.50 which translates into 26.3% share premium as at 26th April, when compared to an average price of Centrum Klima shares during the period of the last three months. Moreover, this price is 29.3% higher than the closing price at the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 27th April 2012. The agreement on acquisition shall be signed on 30th April 2012 and on 2nd May Lindab will announce a tender offer for the remaining shares of the Company at the same price, that is, PLN 14.5 This transaction is not subject to approval by competition authorities. After the transaction of takeover by Lindab is finalized, Marek Perendyk and Wojciech Jakrzewski shall remain among the management staff of the Company.

Centrum Klima – revenues growth in IQ 2012
Centrum Klima - a leader on the Polish market and a major European manufacturer and distributor of ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) - in the first quarter of 2012 achieved revenues from sales on the level of PLN 23,14 million, which means a growth by more than 8% in relation to the analogical period in 2011. The net profit amounted to PLN 1,24 million and EBITDA amounted to PLN 2,91 million.

Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), which is also an important player on the European markets - invites you to visit its stall at the Installations & Equipment International Fair in Poznań. This is another important industrial event on the Polish market, after Ventilation Forum - Air Conditioning Parlour, which Centrum Klima participates in. The exhibition will take place from 23rd to 26th April.

Centrum Klima - subsequent funding for export development
Centrum Klima - a leader on the Polish market and a major European manufacturer and distributor of ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) - once again obtained a grant from the EU's initiative "Passport to export". The company will designate the acquired funds in the amount of PLN 200,000 for the development of export activities, participation in international fairs - including ISH in Frankfurt, MCE in Milan and Nordbygg in Stockholm, as well as for the acquisition of new partners on foreign markets.
