Management Board of Centrum Klima recommends dividend payment
The Management Board of Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), which is also an important player on the European markets - passed a resolution on recommending the General Meeting of Shareholders to pay dividend for 2011 in the amount of PLN 0.50 per company share. The Company will inform about the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders which will pass a resolution on this issue.

Centrum Klima implements electronic invoices
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), which is also an important player on the European markets - has expanded its ERP system with E-invoice module. This solution will facilitate electronic circulation of invoices inside and outside the company, and thus, it will improve and accelerate the flow of documents and receivables. The system provider is BPSC, the company which implemented Impuls 5 modern warehouse software and comprehensive solutions of ERP class at the company.

Centrum Klima finalized the purchase of land
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), which is also an important player on the European markets - concluded the final agreement for purchasing the plot of over 13,000 m2 in Wieruchów near Warsaw. The value of the transaction was PLN 6.1 million, and as a result, the area of real property increased up to 37,000 m2.The plot is adjacent to the seat of the company and is a part of the new investment estimated as the total of PLN 40-50 million. Centrum Klima has acquired gross PLN 33.5 million in lease-back for the implementation of the investment. The remaining part will be financed by a loan which has been secured for the company by the commitment without a specified limit of funding.

Centrum Klima acquired gross PLN 33.5 million for a new investment
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), which is also an important player on the European markets - obtained gross PLN 33.5 as leaseback for a new investment. The Company will designate all these funds to expand its production plant and therefore, it will market a new, high-margin product already in 2013. Due to the total investment of PLN 40-50 million Centrum Klima will enter the group of the global technology leaders on HVAC market and will seriously increase its production and warehouse capacity. The new building will also help the company to increase its employment.
