Centrum Klima implements electronic invoices
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), which is also an important player on the European markets - has expanded its ERP system with E-invoice module. This solution will facilitate electronic circulation of invoices inside and outside the company, and thus, it will improve and accelerate the flow of documents and receivables. The system provider is BPSC, the company which implemented Impuls 5 modern warehouse software and comprehensive solutions of ERP class at the company.
The introduction of electronic invoices will have an impact on improving efficiency at the company's back office and accounting department. The advantage of this solution is a convenient storage and management of financial documents, providing free, safe and authorised access. Electronic circulation of invoices is particularly important for the cooperation with foreign clients - currently, the export of Centrum Klima exceeds 33% of revenues and still grows dynamically. The Company performs trade activities for over 3,000 clients in 40 countries, among others, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Israel, Moldova, Macedonia and Ukraine.
„Centrum Klima continuously invests in the organic development and improving customer service. We invested over PLN 16 million in production facilities alone in the years 2008-2010. We have also implemented advanced IT solutions, such as ERP class system or IT system introduced to high stock warehouse. Our investment plan for the years 2012-2013 includes designating PLN 40-50 million for the development of the building in Wieruchów and launching new production lines” - says Marek Perendyk, President of the Management Board of Centrum Klima SA.
