Centrum Klima finalized the purchase of land
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), which is also an important player on the European markets - concluded the final agreement for purchasing the plot of over 13,000 m2 in Wieruchów near Warsaw. The value of the transaction was PLN 6.1 million, and as a result, the area of real property increased up to 37,000 m2.The plot is adjacent to the seat of the company and is a part of the new investment estimated as the total of PLN 40-50 million. Centrum Klima has acquired gross PLN 33.5 million in lease-back for the implementation of the investment. The remaining part will be financed by a loan which has been secured for the company by the commitment without a specified limit of funding.
The expansion of the production plant will start in the 2nd quarter of 2012 and finish in the same year. Thus, the company will be able to introduce a new, high-margin product to the market already in 2013, designated mainly for export. Thanks to the investment Centrum Klima will enter the group of the world technology leaders on HVAC market and will expand its production and warehouse capacity. A new building will also help to increase employment at the company.
„According to previous declarations we started the implementation of a new investment. I expect the works to finish this year. If this happens, first products will leave the production line in the 2nd quarter of 2013. Moreover, we have the right of pre-emption to purchase next plots which are adjacent to the real property in Weiruchów and thus our further development opportunities are guaranteed” – says Marek Perendyk, President of the Management Board of Centrum Klima SA.
New investment of Centrum Klima includes:

modern production hall covering the area of 3,000 m2 furnished with a fully automated production line, unique on a European scale,
-
warehouse covering the area of 3,700 m2 furnished with about 7 thousand pallet spaces and high stock system,
-
two storey office building covering the usable floor area of 650 m2,
-
full technical infrastructure - independent of the existing one, among other things, gas boiler room, transformer station, switch room, compressor room and additional parking spaces.
