Centrum Klima acquired gross PLN 33.5 million for a new investment
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC), which is also an important player on the European markets - obtained gross PLN 33.5 as leaseback for a new investment. The Company will designate all these funds to expand its production plant and therefore, it will market a new, high-margin product already in 2013. Due to the total investment of PLN 40-50 million Centrum Klima will enter the group of the global technology leaders on HVAC market and will seriously increase its production and warehouse capacity. The new building will also help the company to increase its employment.
The Agreement with ING Lease (Polska) was concluded for 10 years and concerns the real property with a full infrastructure, where Centrum Klima currently operates business. The interest on funding is 1.3% of the margin + Additional Cost of Obtaining Funds + WIBOR, that is, 6.19% as at 1st February 2012.
The new investment of Centrum Klima includes :

a modern production hall covering 3,000 m2and furnished with a fully automated production line, unique on the European scale

a warehouse covering 3,700 m2where about 7 thousand pallets can be stored
-
an office building with the usable floor area of 650 m2
-
a full technical infrastructure– independent of the existing one – among other things, a gas boiler room, transformer station, switch room, compressor room and additional parking spaces .
„According to the adopted time schedule we have obtained funding for our new investment. Expanding the building in Wieruchów will help us enhance the existing offer and increase the share of own production in revenues. We are planning to start the construction works at the beginning of the 2nd quarter. We are estimating that the unique components produced at the new hall will be available for sale, already in the first half of 2013” - says Marek Perendyk, President of the Management Board of Centrum Klima SA .
